Potential test pile

Purpose of test pile: It is mainly used for the detection of cathodic protection parameters, and is an essential device in pipeline management and maintenance. It is arranged along the test line according to the test function.

The test pile can be used to test the potential, current and insulation performance of the pipeline, and also can be used to test the leakage of the covering layer and ac/DC interference. 

Test pile is a kind of auxiliary equipment specially used for the cathodic protection of pipeline with potential test probe to test the protection pipeline.

The test pile is composed of internal and external galvanized pipe, testing line and testing joint. Testing joints are divided into six, eight, ten joints, can be produced according to user requirements.

The models are ZHC-3 and ZHC-2.

The test pile is 3 meters high or 2 meters high and has a diameter of 0.1 meters.

At the same time, one or more reference electrode cables are also introduced into the terminal of the test pile. The terminals are independent and do not communicate with each other; The test pile can also be used for wiring purposes. When used for wiring purposes, the corresponding terminal is connected with a special connection piece.

The installation position of the test pile should be selected in the place where water scour, landslide and debris flow are not easy to occur. The installation should ensure that the foundation is firm to avoid settlement resulting in pile tilt.
